When reaping zombies, do we need to reap the same number as the staff solution. For example in A & B & C &, would it be ok if all three stages are backgrounded, but upon the next call to process (where we assume A,B,C terminated), only C was reported as Completed: XXXX. I see something like this happening for subcommands but not sure if this extends to everything based on the specs.
