How can I access the whole K&R book? HW1 states we should read pp. 192-194 and pp. 228-229, but I can't access these. The link to the book on the course website brings me to https://proquest.safaribooksonline.com/9780133086249, but this link doesn't give me access to the book, and I can't login.
