Sorry, but to access K&R it seems to be necessary to
search for the book on Orbis (orbis.library.yale.edu)
and then click on "on-line book".

The page numbers above are in Appendix A:

  pp. 192-194 = Appendix A2.3-A2.6
  pp. 228-229 = Appendix A12-A12.2

I have fixed the link on the class web page for Matthew
and Stones, and will consult the Yale Library to see if
there is a simpler way to access K&R.
