Yes, but face-to-face grading (which will be announced
later this week) will also contribute a small amount.

  I would like to give at least

    25-30% A grades
    40-45% A or A- grades
    50-55% A or A- or B+ grades
    60-65% A or A- or B+ or B grades
    70-75% A or A- or B+ or B or B- grades
    ...

  and am much more likely to exceed these ranges than to
  fall below them.  However, anyone earning 90% / 80% /
  70% of the possible points will receive AT LEAST some
  kind of A / B / C, respectively.
