Subject: too few resubmissions

Hi, in Hw2, I got a few points off due to "too few resubmissions". Are there any criteria for this (other than resubmitting every hour I write/debug my code), since I am sure I resubmitted my file pretty constantly and some large submission could be because I always copy a chunk of my code and paste it to another part.
