Subject: Relevance of K&R to exam

Would reading K&R chapters be relevant to the midterm, or is reviewing the lectures more important? Will there be something tested in K&R but not in lecture/pset? The practice questions don't seem to have many coding-related questions and seem more conceptual. Would K&R be more relevant to psets than exams?
