Tomorrow I will release a revised version of the
specification that clarifies some aspects.  The one
significant change is that the limit on the number of
calls to addD() and pushD() is now 2*#comparisons + N,
not including the N calls when reading the lines from
the file(s).

I will also release the public test script and a new
version of Hwk4/Qsort.
