Subject: Phase 3 of the test script

In the specification - it says that the way Hwk4 implements the Deque may change without notice. Does this mean that every time phase 3 of the script is run, the implementation of the Deque is changed, or does it mean that the final test script will include other implementations (and the test script always implements Deque the same way)?
