I am posting notes to Canvas by unit (e.g., hashing,
binary search trees, AVL trees, ...), not by lecture.
After each lecture, I will post the annotated versions
of the notes I used in that lecture.

The hashing and BST notes are there, and the AVL notes
will soon follow.
