Hi Professor,
When I run examples of the program copied from the specifcation on /c/cs223/Hwk5/Nine20, I get errors in the command line arguments. For example, running 
/c/cs223/Hwk5/Nine20 100 12345678- 12345687-
Gives the output
Nine20: maxLength < 0
,when it shouldn't print anything. Is there an explanation for this?
