Subject: Correction to grading of Homework #3 strwrs

The time limit for the final grading script for Homework
#3 strwrs was sufficiently tight that the results from
Test #27 depended on what other processes were running
at the same time.

Thus I have rerun the script with a looser limit and
adjusted the scores accordingly, crediting 12 of you
with one additional test passed.  See see.grades to
see if you are one of them.

In the process I redistributed everyone's grade sheet.
