Hopefully by the weekend.

When I ran the final script, the initial release of
Tests/xQuick.pl reported that a significant number of
programs did NOT implement quickSort.  Tracking down
the causes revealed mistaken assumptions (e.g., that
strncmp() would not be called twice in a row on the
same pair of strings) that required work-arounds.
