My plan for the second in-class exam is the same as my
plan for the first with one exception:  The preliminary
exam will be worth 1 or 2 points to encourage greater
participation.

That is, it will be a 75-minute exam that can be taken
at any time between 9:30am and 3:00pm on December 2nd.
