Subject: No need to check NAME=VALUE?

Since parsely did all the checking already, can't we assume that the LOCAL ~must~ be valid?

Therefore, we don't need to check that NAME=VALUE satisfies the requirement. It must have satisfied them in order to even get to the process() call in the mainBashLT.c. Otherwise, an error would have been returned when calling parse().
