Is the Github repository open to the public?  If so
you are in clear violation of the class policy stated
in the syllabus and summarized at the start of every
assignment:

  REMINDER:  Do not under any circumstances copy someone else's code for this
  assignment, give your code to someone else, or make it publicly available.
